Privacy policy

What we collect

We process uploaded videos, generated videos, filenames, processing and screening results, and rights-confirmation records. Accounts contain your name, email, password hash, sessions and consent records. We also keep credit transactions and payment references. Technical records such as IP addresses, timestamps and error logs help us secure the service and enforce limits.

Why we use it

We use this data to provide conversions, manage accounts and credits, deliver files, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, these purposes rely on performing our contract, our legitimate interest in a secure service, and legal obligations. We record your acceptance of the Terms and confirmation that you have the necessary rights. Optional product emails rely on your consent.

Private access

We do not publish videos or provide public video listings. Account videos require the owner's login. Guest results require a signed conversion link valid for two hours. Treat that link as a password: anyone holding it can access the guest result until it expires or the video is saved to an account.

Private videos still pass through processing and safety providers. Screening applies to all uploads. We cannot remove copies that others downloaded before public sharing was disabled.

Service providers

We use hosting and storage providers to run the service. Replicate processes videos for background removal; OpenAI screens sampled video frames for content safety. Stripe processes payments and may collect billing and fraud-prevention information directly. We do not receive or store full payment card details. Resend handles subscription confirmations and product emails when you opt in.

Providers may process data in countries other than yours under their applicable data-protection terms. Provider retention rules can differ from ours. We may change processing providers and update this policy to reflect that change.

Retention and controls

We retain generated videos until you remove them or we remove them for operational, policy or legal reasons. Temporary uploads and processing files are removed after the relevant processing step. Providers may retain their own copies for their published retention periods. Consent, transaction, fraud and security records may be retained when needed for legal obligations or disputes.

You can delete videos saved to your account. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, object to certain uses, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact the service operator to make a request.

Email and cookies

Product emails require a separate signup and email confirmation. You can withdraw in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in an email. This does not stop essential account or payment messages. We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure your session.
